Dr. Sangeeta Sharma

Dr. Sangeeta Sharma, J.D.B.A., is the only full-time mediator in Northern California, and likely the nation, with several years of experience. 

Sangeeta Sharma sees mediation as the culmination of a long, active professional career. Mediation joins together her experience and knowledge of evaluating the legal claims of prospective clients and mediating those cases she believed had merit to reach the best possible result for all those involved.

In order to reach that goal, before every mediation, Dr. Sharma carefully reads each brief and all materials provided and, if necessary, researches key legal issues presented. Her background as a mediator allows her to quickly develop a rapport with both parties and attorneys, a critical skill when each side of a dispute wants to be both heard and understood.

Susana Martinez

Susana Martinez brings over 20 years of experience in plaintiffs' personal injury law, expertly managing cases from inception to resolution. This encompasses both pre-litigation and litigation phases. Additionally, Susana has more than 10 years of experience in family law, dealing with divorce, custody, support matters, and the division of assets and debts. She holds a bachelor's degree in paralegal studies.

Furthermore, Susana is a notary public and is licensed and bonded as an immigration consultant and legal document preparer. Lastly, she is proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish.
